Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Wulf Mods Affiliate & Creator Program (“Program”) operated by Wulf Mods (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By applying to or participating in the Program, the affiliate, creator, or influencer (“Affiliate”) agrees to comply with this Agreement.

Wulf Mods reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updates.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To participate in the Program, Affiliates must:

• Be 21 years of age or older
• Maintain an active social media account, website, or digital platform
• Comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding marketing and advertising
• Receive approval from Wulf Mods prior to participation

Wulf Mods reserves the right to approve or reject any application for any reason.

3. Affiliate Links & Discount Codes

Approved Affiliates will receive a unique affiliate link and/or promotional discount code.

Affiliates agree to:

• Use their affiliate link or code only for legitimate promotional purposes
• Not alter, copy, or redistribute their code in an unauthorized manner
• Not publish codes on unauthorized coupon websites or deal aggregators without written approval
• Not make misleading or deceptive claims regarding Wulf Mods products

Affiliate commissions will only be credited for purchases completed through the assigned affiliate link or code.

4. Commission & Compensation

Affiliates may earn commissions on qualifying purchases generated through their affiliate link or code.

Important conditions include:

• Commissions apply only to completed and verified purchases
• Orders that are refunded, canceled, or charged back will not qualify for commission
• Commission percentages and payout structures are determined solely by Wulf Mods
• Wulf Mods reserves the right to modify commission rates or payout schedules at any time

Affiliate payouts may require a minimum payout threshold before payment is issued.

5. Payment Terms

Affiliate commissions may be paid via approved payment methods such as:

• PayPal
• Bank transfer
• Other approved digital payment services

Payments are typically issued monthly or during designated payout periods.

Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes associated with their earnings.

6. Marketing & Promotional Conduct

Affiliates must promote Wulf Mods products in a truthful, responsible, and compliant manner.

Affiliates may not:

• Promote Wulf Mods products to individuals under the age of 21
• Make false, misleading, medical, or health-related claims about Wulf Mods products
• Use spam messaging, automated bots, or unsolicited promotions
• Promote illegal or unsafe use of products

Affiliates must comply with all FTC endorsement and disclosure guidelines.

Example disclosure:

“This post contains affiliate links and I may earn a commission from purchases.”

7. Platform Policy Compliance

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their promotional content complies with the policies of all platforms on which they operate, including but not limited to:

• Instagram
• TikTok
• YouTube
• Facebook
• Twitch
• Personal websites or blogs

Wulf Mods is not responsible for account suspensions, content removals, or other platform actions affecting Affiliate accounts.

8. Brand Representation & Trademark Use

Affiliates may use Wulf Mods logos, product images, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting Wulf Mods products within the Program.

Affiliates may not:

• Alter official logos or trademarks without written permission
• Impersonate Wulf Mods employees or representatives
• Suggest official partnerships beyond the affiliate relationship
• Use brand materials in a manner that harms the reputation of Wulf Mods

All brand assets remain the intellectual property of Wulf Mods.

9. Content Approval

Wulf Mods reserves the right to request review or approval of promotional content prior to publication when necessary to ensure brand accuracy, legal compliance, and platform policy adherence.

Affiliates may be required to revise or remove content that violates these Terms.

10. Content Licensing Rights

By participating in the Program, the Affiliate grants Wulf Mods a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost, share, modify, and distribute any content featuring Wulf Mods products across marketing channels including:

• Social media
• Websites
• Paid advertisements
• Email marketing
• Promotional materials

This license allows Wulf Mods to use Affiliate-created content for marketing purposes without additional compensation unless otherwise agreed.

11. Paid Advertising Restrictions

Affiliates may not run paid advertising campaigns using Wulf Mods trademarks, product names, or brand assets without prior written permission.

This includes advertising on platforms such as:

• Google Ads
• Meta / Instagram Ads
• TikTok Ads
• YouTube Ads
• Other digital advertising platforms

12. Brand Bidding Restrictions

Affiliates may not bid on or purchase advertising keywords containing the Wulf Mods brand name or variations of the brand name, including but not limited to:

• Wulf Mods
• Wulf Mods Vaporizer
• Wulf Mods Official

This restriction applies to search engines and paid advertising platforms.

13. Competitor Promotion Restriction

During participation in the Program and for 30 days following promotional content featuring Wulf Mods, Affiliates may not promote competing vaporizer brands without written approval from Wulf Mods.

14. Age Restricted Product Marketing

All Wulf Mods products are intended for use only by individuals 21 years of age or older.

Affiliate content must not target or appeal primarily to individuals under 21 years old and must comply with all applicable age-restricted product advertising laws.

15. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Fraudulent purchases
• Self-referral purchases intended to generate commission
• Manipulation of tracking systems
• Creation of fake accounts to generate affiliate revenue
• Misrepresentation of promotional offers

Violation of these policies may result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

16. Morality Clause

Affiliates agree not to engage in conduct that may harm the reputation of Wulf Mods.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Illegal activity
• Harassment or discrimination
• Hate speech or abusive conduct
• Behavior that could reasonably damage the Wulf Mods brand image

Wulf Mods reserves the right to terminate affiliate relationships immediately in such cases.

17. Termination

Wulf Mods reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Misuse of brand assets
• Conduct harmful to the Wulf Mods brand

Termination may result in the forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Affiliates may terminate participation at any time by notifying Wulf Mods.

18. Limitation of Liability

Wulf Mods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

Participation in the Program does not guarantee earnings or sales performance.

19. Program Modifications

Wulf Mods reserves the right to:

• Modify these Terms and Conditions
• Adjust commissions or payout structures
• Suspend or discontinue the Program at any time

20. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
